Australian Property Institute – Prize for Curtin University students
Garmony Property Consultants, Licensed Valuers has again contributed to the Australian Property Institute’s (API) P.C. Kerr Divisional Prize. The Western Australian Division of the Australian Property Institute (API) supports the Curtin University Property Studies students with the annual P. C. Kerr (Memorial) Divisional Prize. This Prize is awarded to the graduate with the best overall aggregate in the degree course of property study in the past year.
Garmony Property Consultants have contributed to the prize by way of sponsorship for over 20 years, supporting the API and the Curtin University property studies graduates. Our property valuation company and our licensed valuers, provide ongoing support to the Curtin University Property Studies program by way of prize money for the Australian Property Institute – Prize for Curtin University students, as guest lecturers for the Specialist Property Valuation unit and as mentors/internships for the Valuation Practice Unit the 3rd years students complete.
