API P.C. Kerr Divisional PrizeThe Western Australian Division of the Australian Property Institute (API) supports the Curtin University Property Studies students with the annual P. C. Kerr (Memorial) Divisional Prize, which is awarded to the graduate with the best overall aggregate in a degree course of property study in the past year. Garmony Property Consultants have contributed to the prize by way of sponsorship for many years, in support of the API and the Curtin University property studies graduates.
