Managing Director and Licensed Valuer, Matt Garmony, was proud to celebrate this milestone in 2024, being Perth’s longest standing family owned property valuation business in Perth.

Rebranded to Garmony Property Consultants in 2006, our company provides our diverse client base with Residential, Commercial & Specialist property valuations for a wide range of purposes, not only in the Perth Metropolitan Area, but throughout Western Australia.

Garmony Property Consultants’ affiliation with Civic MJD Australia since 2020, now provides our clients with nationwide valuation advice, with Managing Director, Matt Garmony, also being the WA State Director of Civic MJD Australia.
The new look Garmony website outlines the Valuation Services we provide, details our area valuation expertise and identifies our licensed valuers and valuation support team. Furthermore, there are Property News blogs, Case studies and useful tools and links.
