Licensed Property Valuer – Perth

Garmony Property Consultants are interested in speaking to licensed valuers who are looking for some diversity in their property valuation career.  Whether you already have experience in residential, commercial and industrial property valuations, or are looking to broaden your knowledge and experience in this area, we would love to hear from you.

About Us

With 40 years operating in the WA property market, Garmony Property Consultants offer a unique wealth of experience in providing valuation and consultancy advice across residential, commercial, industrial and specialist property types. Our team of experienced valuers work on a broad range of property valuation assignments, for a wide variety of clients in an exciting and rewarding team environment in Perth and Western Australia.

The Valuer

To join our Team, you will need to;

  • Be a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) who is a licensed valuer in Western Australia.
  • Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role, valuing a range of property types.
  • Have a high degree of professionalism, initiative and multi-tasking skills.
  • Enjoy working with our close professional team.
  • Be highly motivated to build strong relationships with our diverse client base.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
