Simon’s career in property commenced with commercial Real Estate agency, Colliers Jardine in 1996, working in the valuation department undertaking commercial and industrial valuations and providing property research and valuation advice to the sales, leasing and property managers within the business.
In 2001, Simon took up a role as Project Manager with Clough Group – in their property and development division, working on The Southern River Shopping Centre – a suburban shopping centre development and 50 lot residential infill land development project in Beaconsfield / South Fremantle.
At the start of 2007, Simon moved to Ron Farris Real Estate, working as a Development Manager on land development and industrial projects, completing valuation and consultancy work for the wide range of management clients and marketing and selling more complex property and land development properties. For the period 2018 to 2020, Simon was appointed the Licensee and Business Manager after the business owner stepped aside.
Simon has a wide range of experience in property development including residential land subdivision projects in both metropolitan and the south west region of WA, retail development, industrial and commercial projects. In addition to this, he is highly experienced in property and real estate valuations and capable of property consultancy advice to a wide range of clients including project management and development services, plus valuation and property consultancy skills. Simon specialises in the valuation of Englobo land and land subdivisions, commercial and industrial properties, residential blocks of flats, NDIS & SDA properties, and special rural and lifestyle properties.
